1) Payment Process & Security

We accept MasterCard and Visa card payments. We use ‘Stripe’ as our payment gateway provider. Your credit card payment is processed via this independent company.

When you check out on The Facial Hub website using Stripe for your credit card payment, we will ask you if you’d like us to remember you. When you allow us to remember you, Stripe will store certain identifying information, such as a password, your email address, or your mobile phone number (“Stripe Credentials”), and your Payment Credentials. The advantage of remembering you is that it will make your checkout quicker and easier if you come back to our website – this can be especially handy when you’re on a mobile device or don’t have your credit card in front of you.

If you elect to allow us to remember you, Stripe will use cookies to link your web browser to your Stripe Credentials and recognize when you return to a Checkout Enabled Site. If you come to a Checkout Enabled Site and we don’t recognize you (for example, because you’ve cleared your cookies, logged out, or you’re using a different device), we will provide a way for you to identify yourself and login via your Stripe Credentials (for example, by sending you a verification code via SMS text message). While you are logged in, Stripe will give you the ability to make purchases using your stored Payment Credentials. Stripe may also allow you to make a purchase with your Payment Credentials by sending a message directly from the email address or phone number stored as your Stripe Credentials (for example, to authorize a purchase via SMS).

2) Prices

All prices include GST (Goods & Services Tax 10%) unless specified otherwise. All prices are in Australian Dollars.

3) 14-Day money back guarantee

At The Facial Hub, we want you to be happy with your purchase. When buying on the internet, you may not be completely sure of what the product is going to be like. Therefore, we offer a 14-Day money back guarantee (excluding shipping) on all of the products we sell (within the framework of our Returns Policy, see below).

4) Returns & Refund policy

Products

If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the product within 30 days of purchase and we will gladly provide you with a refund or exchange. Please e-mail us within 14 days of receiving the item so that we can arrange a refund or exchange. All goods must be returned. Return postage is the responsibility of the sender.

Services

Refunds are not available for change of mind. Series packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.

5) Gift vouchers

Gift vouchers for redemption at The Facial Hub located on 68 Racecourse Road Hamilton 4007 QLD may be purchased by choosing the “Purchase a Gift Voucher” option on the Website. Choose from one of the voucher values suggested or enter the dollar amount to suit your requirements. The Facial Hub gift vouchers come in an envelope within the actual shipping package and may be shipped directly to a third party recipient as a gift if that is your intention. Gift Vouchers are valid for a 12 month period from the date of purchase, are non refundable or redeemable for cash.

6) Product images

Please be aware that product images may vary depending on your computer settings and therefore may not give a true depiction of what the product actually looks like. Please bear this in mind when making your purchase.

7) Shipping Information

Orders received on Monday to Friday are dispatched with 24 hours. Orders received on weekends or public holidays will be shipped the next business day. If any delays are experience in processing your order you will be contacted by email or phone. Delivery times quoted are approximate and should be used as a guide only.

Customers located outside the next day delivery network or in regional Australia should allow an additional 1-3 days for delivery. A signature is required on delivery to a residential or business address. If nominating a business address please ensure you include the business or company name in the address field. Customers are required to pay a re-delivery fee if parcels are returned to The Facial Hub due to insufficient delivery address details. Authority to leave without a signature If your parcel is being delivered to your home address you can authorise for it to be left without a signature. Please request this service in the comments box during the checkout process and provide clear instructions on where you would like the parcel left. The Facial Hub and its freight handling agents will not be held liable for lost or stolen goods.

8) Facebook Competitions and Offers

Any promotions offered via any of The Facial Hub’s Facebook pages are in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook.

9) Privacy Policy

Introduction

The Facial Hub regards customer privacy as an important part of our relationship with our customers. The following privacy policy applies to all The Facial Hub users, and conforms to Internet privacy standards. Collection of Information

In order to use The Facial Hub website, we may require information from you in order to provide the best service possible. All correspondence may also be collected and stored, particularly in regard to sales, support and accounts, including Email. Any information collected by The Facial Hub is collected via correspondence from you or your company. This may be via the telephone, Email, mail, fax or directly through our website.

Use of Collection Information

Any details collected from The Facial Hub customers is required in order to provide you with our products and/or services, and a high level of customer service. Correspondence is recorded in order to provide service references, and to assist in our staff development.

Storage of Collected Information

The security of your personal information is important to us. When you enter sensitive information (such as credit card numbers) on our website, we encrypt that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL). When Credit Card details are collected, we simply pass them on in order to be processed as required. We never permanently store complete Credit Card details. The Facial Hub Security Policy

The Facial Hub uses the Stripe Payment Gateway for its online credit card transactions.

Stripe processes online credit card transactions for thousands of Australian merchants, providing a safe and secure means of collecting payments via the Internet. All online credit card transactions performed on this site using the Stripe gateway are secured payments.

• Payments are fully automated with an immediate response.

• Your complete credit card number cannot be viewed by The Facial Hub or any outside party.

• All transactions are performed under 128 Bit SSL Certificate.

• All transaction data is encrypted for storage within Stripes bank-grade data centre, further protecting your credit card data.

• Stripe at no time touches your funds; all monies are directly transferred from your credit card to the merchant account held by The Facial Hub.
