Before Your Visit

• Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes early so you can settle in and feel relaxed before your treatment
• A quick heads up: we don't have bathroom facilities in the salon, so please use the centre bathrooms before you arrive
• Let us know about any skin changes, allergies, or medications when you get here
• Having a sauna? Don't forget to bring your swimwear
• Booked a spray tan? Bring a loose tanning dress, exfoliate the day before, and skip body moisturiser on the day

A note on bookings: We're a small, founder-owned studio and our team prepares specifically for your visit. We kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice for any changes. Adjustments made within 48 hours, including late arrivals, will incur 100% of the booked service fee as we are unable to offer your reserved time to another client. We truly appreciate your understanding.
