Please be aware that all treatment times stated are inclusive of consultation & preparation time. For your safety and well being a consultation must be completed on your first visit so please arrive 10 minutes early to ensure time to find a car park and our salon. If you are late to your appointment we have the right to refuse service due to our 15minute appointment time. If you are late you run the risk of not having a complete service.
We understand finding someone to look after your little one may not be an option. For respect of our other guests, unfortunately, we are not a child friendly salon. Further, The Facial Hub staff are not qualified to watch over your littles during your appointment, so please ensure arrangements have been made for your child prior to your appointment.
We unfortunately are not a pet friendly salon.
Facial Treatments and Waxing are considered a trauma to the skin. Reactions and infections can occur up to 48hrs after your appointment. By booking in with The Facial Hub you release The Facial Hub Pty Ltd & its staff of any liability caused by facials, waxing, tinting, lash lifts, spray tans.
To secure your booking a deposit is required, however we do operate a cancellation policy. Please see below.
Please be aware that we operate a 48 hour cancellation policy on treatments and you will be charged the full amount of the service/s booked if you cancel on the day of your appointment, reschedule within 48 hours or fail to show.
Refunds and Exchanges
Products must be returned unused, unopened with their seal intact and in the same condition as they were originally purchased. We will not accept, exchange or refund any item which has been used or is not in the exact condition in which it was purchased from us. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please notify us on booking of any medical condition prior to your treatment as some treatments may not be appropriate for you. If you are on topical skin medication, activated skin creams/serum/cleanser, or acne medication you must tell your facial specialist each time you come in.
Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and are valid for 3 years (or specified time for promotional vouchers) from the purchase date and will not be accepted after the expiry date. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, sold or transferred. Your must bring along your voucher to your appointment. Late cancellation and “failure to show” terms as laid out above also apply to gift vouchers.
Prepaid services have no expiry date (unless promotional prepaid programs by which will be specified by The Facial Hub), unless in a seasonal promotional offer. Prepaid packages cannot be redeemed for cash, sold or transferred. Due to the already heavily discounted rate, late cancellation and “failure to show” results in the treatment being fortified in full.
